This Earth Day at San Jose State University was held on Thursday 20. It was my first Earth Day event at school and I can not wait for more events in the coming year. The best part of the event was the petting zoo! I absolutely loved the llamas, bunnies, and chickens. So freaking cute and fluffy.
After the event I took VTA bus home and I notice more people then usually were taking the bus!
On Saturday, the actually day of Earth Day, I went on a California Native tour that was hosted by the Master Gardener Society.

San Jose Sharks Closing Season
The San Jose Sharks lost round 1 of the Playoff to the Oiler last night! The score was 3-1. This could have been a lot worse, the Sharks could have lost by 4.
Thanks Sharks Hockey for being the best team ever and playing your hardest. See you next year!

Go Sharks!!!
Spring I finally here and that means summer is around the corner! This summer I plan on watching the San Jose Sharks in the Stanely Cup Playoff! The VTA has many routes to the Shark Tank (SAP Center) and the surrounding area. I personally take VTA Bus 23 or the VTA lightrail to the tank.

Oh No Dash!
The VTA is maybe planning to discount DASH bus line. DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle BUS) is free to all SJSU students and is one of the many transportation that is manly used by student if they are getting off of Diridon Station by the SAP center. The wait time for DASH is 15 minutes and for students to walk from Diridon Station it would take 30 to an hour.

Next Stop Diridon Station (SAN JOSE)
On Wednesday (3/29) SPUR is having a free open forum about how to improve structure and space around the new Diridon Station. This station is not only has the VTA train but the CalTrain and is one of the major hubs for SJSU students to load and unload back home.
I will be attending this forum because I want to know what will happen once BART come into this area of Downtown San Jose.
